We use Xformers to effectively work every muscle of the body during our workouts. Although it is similar in theory to a traditional Pilates reformer, there are some key differences about our Xformer machines that help our clients build strength, stability, and flexibility efficiently while using our machines. Learn more about the Xformer here.
-
Consistency, Consistency, Consistency: Reframe classes will ALWAYS deliver a challenging, efficient workout. That’s the beauty of the Xformer!

Yes! New students are encouraged (but not required) to start with our introductory class, “The Framework.” Expect to experience the burn, but with more instruction, hands on assists, and time to ask more questions.
-
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that will allow you to move and sweat (just a little 😅). Sticky socks (or grip socks) are required for all classes. You can purchase socks at the studio before your first class! Water is also available at the studio.
-
Our waitlists are a great way to help folks get into classes. Don’t be afraid to add yourself to one! You will be notified if/when you are bumped into class via email. You will not be bumped in if there is LESS THAN AN HOUR before the start of class. This is to make sure you always have time to make it to class. Therefore, if you are on the waitlist and you see a spot in class LESS THAN AN HOUR before class is scheduled to start, feel free to book it.
By adding yourself to a waitlist you are agreeing to observe cancellation and no show fees. That means, if you are unsure that you would be able to make class should you be bumped in, you should remove yourself from the waitlist. There is no penalty for removing yourself from a waitlist.
-
Our cancellation window is 12 hours before the start of class. That means that if you cancel within 12 hours of the start of class, you will be penalized. Non members will be charged $10.00 plus loss of credit. Members will be charged $10.00.
-
Classes are available to book 8 days out. The full 8th day will open up at midnight. This means if it’s Tuesday at 12am, you can book through the following Wednesday.
Members get access to classes a day earlier. If it is Tuesday, a member is able to book through the following Thursday.
-
Not showing up to class will result in a $15.00 fee and a loss of credit.
Members who do not show up to class will be charged a $15 fee.
-
Please be on time for class. Especially in the early mornings, there is often only one coach at the studio. This means the door will lock 2 minutes after the class is scheduled to start.
For example, if you are coming to a 6 am class, please arrive NO LATER than 6:02am to avoid a no show penalty.
Of course, circumstances outside of your control happen.
In those cases, please don’t hesitate to be in touch @ info@reframemaine.com.
-
In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to cancel classes with plenty of notice. You will be notified via email when a class has been cancelled. Your class credit will be returned to you so that you can use it to book another class.
